END OF SEASON OPEN PLAY SESSION CHANGES
Posted August 28, 2017
The way our open play sessions are booked has changed for the end of this season. Open Play Sessions from September 8 through the end of our season on October 1 will require at least 10 participants reserved ahead of time in order to be run. If you show up during this time period without a reservation we may be completely closed and not running that session at all. Once 10 participants are booked the session is a go and we open it up to other reservations, even if those other reservations have less than 10 players.
When trying to book online if you cannot select a smaller amount of players for your session choice, that means we don’t have the 10 player minimum yet. You can either invite 10 players, pay the 10 player price, or wait and see if someone else reserves.
You can call us at 262-257-9300 to gauge interest of a particular session or book your time.
We apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause, but we feel it will result in more fun, better run sessions for everyone. It means we more efficiently staff our location, which in turn means we can stay open after the Lake Geneva tourist season has wound down. We hope to see many of you out there to close out another amazing outdoor season!
This change will not affect private off hours sessions, which have always needed a minimum of 10 players.
